Shipping Information
Amharic Kids generally ships within 2 days of receiving an order. We ship domestically
via media mail (if applicable) or domestic/int’l by USPS, first class or priority
mail flat rate envelopes or boxes. Flat rate boxes/envelopes are boxes/ envelopes
of a set size that are supplied by the post office which have no weight restrictions
and have a set price if shipped within the US or depending on each int’l country.
In our experience this has been a very cost effective way to ship, especially with
heavy bean bag sets in an order.
International Orders
Please read above. Each international order is calculated individually for shipping,
but here are a few guidelines.
European Shipping Guidelines including Ireland and UK
(does not include handling, all prices in US$, 7-10 days)
Flat Rate Envelope: Will hold 1-3 books - $11
Flat Rate Box: will hold 2-3 bean bag sets + 3-5 books - $37
Large Flat Rate Box: will hold 4-6 bean bag sets + 5-7 books - $50
Placing an International order:
Step 1: Decide on your order
Step 2: copy and paste from browser or type your order and the quantity of each
item into an email. Email:

Step 3: Amharic Kids will email you an internet link that reflects your order plus
Shipping and handling
Step 4: Follow the link to pay with credit card on google checkout (similar to paypal
and secure). We will receive your order, process it and mail it within 2 days.
